What is better for Digital Media Design? Certificate or degree?

   I’m a graphic designer but I work in the middle east. I’m not sure if my advise would hold for the US.

   In my experience the most cruicial part in any art field is your portfolio.

   A lot of times, a certificate + 2 pieces of creative works can put a lot of weight than a degree!

   Keep in mind that in areas such as Digital Media Design, its creativity that really counts!
